Marta Tañà Homs

Marta joined the European Commission in 2023. In her current role, she deals with the company tax directives, anti-tax avoidance measures, the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes and the coordination of tax-related files within the G7 and G20. Prior to joining the Commission, she was a tax and customs lawyer in a top-tier Spanish law firm. Marta holds degrees in Law and Business and Administration, as well as a Master’s in Tax Law.
