Polykarpos Yiannoudes was born in Limassol and spent a decade in Boston, where he earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Information Management from Harvard University, an MA in Communication Industries Management and a BA in Mass Communication from Emerson College. As the founder of UIBS | hospitality., he has led the company to become the market leader in turn-key hotel branded website with direct booking engine and channel platform, since 1999. Under his direction, the company has achieved substantial revenue growth in direct bookings for hotel groups and property owners, significantly reducing OTA commission costs for hoteliers. Polykarpos is the acting President of IAMCP International Association of Microsoft Partners for Cyprus, Lebanon and Malta, a member of the Cyprus University of Technology Industry Exchange Network (IXN) and HFTP Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals.
